ORDERING

Can I make a change to an order after it’s been placed online?

While we cannot change your original order after it’s been placed, we can notate any changes you may indicate to us.  If you’d like to make a change - such as request a different size, make a change to your shipping address, or cancel your order - just email us at info@jazzyorganics.com or fill out the contact form.  

 

SHIPPING

How will my order be shipped?

Every order with Standard Shipping is shipped with USPS Priority Mail. We are committed to fulfill and issue you a tracking number within 24 hours. Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within 2-4 business days.

 

How do you handle international orders?

Currently, we ship to domestic US and Canada only. All packages to Canada are sent via USPS International Priority Mail. All international packages are trackable. Delivery time is subject to distance, duties and customs. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, so we advise that you track your package along the way. If you live outside of US or Canada, please email us at info@jazzyorganics.com and we can respond to you on availability of shipping to your country. 

 

Do you offer alternative or expedited shipping?

At an additional cost, we offer FedEx as an alternative shipping option.  

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We are happy only when you and your baby are happy, that is why we promise 100% satisfaction. If you don't absolutely love a product for any reason, we will take it back! Just send it back to us, and we’ll refund the purchase price or replace the item. To make an exchange or return, email to info@jazzyorganics.com or fill out the contact form. Please include your order number, name and phone number in your email and let us know more about how to best process your request. Once your request has been received, we will manually approve and process your request. You will receive an email notification with return address details.

 

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

For exchanges, please include in your email to let us know what specific product and size you would like in exchange for the product we sent you. We will immediately pull the item you would like to exchange your originally purchased product for, and ship it to you once we have received your original purchase.

You can expect that it takes 3-4 business days for your package to arrive to us once shipped and then an additional 3-4 business days for your exchanged item to arrive to you once shipped.

For returns, we will issue a refund once we receive your original purchase and process its return. After we issue a return, it will post to your credit card statement in 3-5 business days.

ORGANIC COTTON

What is organic cotton?

Organic cotton starts with organic farming practices, which use seeds that haven't been genetically modified or treated with pesticides. Pest control is accomplished through the use of natural predators and other natural practices. From growth through harvest, the process is monitored according to a set of Organic Growing Standards adopted by governmental bodies.

 

Why is organic cotton better for the environment?

Cotton crops comprise less than 3% of the world's agriculture, but use 25% of the world's insecticides. It takes about one third of a pound of these chemicals to produce enough cotton for one t-shirt. Seven of the most common pesticides used on cotton are "known, probable, or likely" to be human carcinogens according to the EPA, and are also thought to cause, among other health risks, birth defects and nervous system disorders.

 

Pesticides impact the soil, water and air that we all share. Regardless of where cotton is grown, the pesticides used often find their way into the human food chain. For example, cottonseed oil is used in processed foods, and beef and dairy cows are fed cotton straw and other cotton waste. Many food crops are often grown in rotation with cotton.

 

Is organic cotton softer and more durable?

Since organic cotton plants aren't bombarded with toxic chemicals they tend to produce longer fibers, which yield stronger yarn and more durable fabrics. Pesticide-free long cotton fiber also feels softer, more breathable and luxurious against the skin.
